Galleria De Carlo

Private art gallery, Milan - Italy

A former laboratory in central Milan has been transformed into a contemporary art gallery. The space is intentionally designed to feel understated, featuring raw wood floors and white walls that provide an ideal backdrop for art. The neutral architecture is both rigorous and consistent, ensuring that the artworks remain the central focus. In the cement courtyard, a resilient plant grows along a diagonal path, reminiscent of a weed pushing through a sidewalk crack.
