ANTON LUXURY STAY

Anton - Luxury Stay is the tourist residence born in South Tyrol from the idea of the owner of the property and entrepreneur in the hospitality sector who lives between Vienna, Bolzano and Brunico. 
Combining his passions - architecture, design and nature - he has created a facility that offers a new hospitality concept combining the privacy of a single flat with the comfort and services of a hotel.

The four-storey building offers different types of flats for private use or short rentals. The residential units are complemented by high-end common areas: a wellness centre with sauna, fitness area, ski room, concierge and laundry.

VSP's project focused on the interior design of the penthouse of approximately 300 sqm and inhabited by the owner, the spa and fitness area. Tiziano Vudafieri and Claudio Saverino have realised a dwelling outside the cliché of the classic mountain environment, which evokes an almost urban elegance even if certain materials and  the chromatic universe does not forget its local roots. 

The Spa includes a sauna, steam bath, and a large relaxation area. This space and the fitness area are also conceived as a real place for the guests to socialise: they can be privatised, or even used simultaneously by small groups of people.
