The drawing of a Shanghai district is generated by two shapes. A frame of offices along the edges of the area encloses a garden designed with sinuous lines that hosts public, commercial and residential buildings.

The offices represent the 80% of the whole volume. The heart of the district has a more free and organic design. The garden completes the open space design and builds the image of an oasis of environmental quality in the streets of the metropolis.
The area is designed to reach a high-level of environmental comfort and to get a significant energy-saving in terms of management.
