We have developed a unique concept for high-end modular and prefabricated homes provided by Xcube, an integrated engineering and manufacturing company based in Shanghai. These homes are constructed using a lightweight steel structure, ensuring precision and durability.
Tailored to specific lot sizes and orientations, they offer various dimensions and layouts to maximize views and natural light and they are suitable for diverse urban settings.

We ha selcted three different finishes. The concrete panel cladding offers a wide range of sizes, shapes, and colors, concrete panels provide a durable, resistant, and aesthetically pleasing exterior. The copper sheet cladding is a natural and sustainable choice, non-toxic, durable, water-resistant, and requires minimal maintenance. The wood plank cladding combinines natural beauty with high thermal efficiency, soundproofing, durability, and fire resistance.

Additional Features are the smart gardening, swimming pools, floor-to-ceiling windows, large terraces.
