PECK FORTE DEI MARMI

The collaboration with Peck, one of the historical gastronomic symbols of Milan, continues with the new store in Forte dei Marmi, Tuscany. 

Tiziano Vudafieri and Claudio Saverino have created a space designed to represent the historical identity and values of an iconic brand synonymous with gourmet Italian food and wine, staying true to the brand’s identity yet removing it from the big city setting and adding coastal influences.

In our project for Peck Forte dei Marmi we wanted the overall view to go beyond the physical dimension of the space. The use of a smoked-mirror ceiling amplifies and enhances the quality of the display, restoring a sense of comfort and broaden the perception.

The vertical brass recess emphasize the preciousness of the most important wines, while in the centre of the space a glorious post-modern, post-industrial chandelier takes pride of place, a symbolic combination of contemporary design and technical craftsmanship.

The materials we have chosen for the new Peck store in Forte dei Marmi decline the typical colors of the brand in light tones to restore a fresh and summery feel, that befits the natural setting and environment of the Tuscan town. The wood becomes light, as well as the green of the walls, almost sea-green.
