Marghera Headquarters

The new headquarters came into being with the aim of being a pilot project for the successive conversion of the Marghera industrial area. Buildings and public spaces play a complementary role: a network that introduces the concepts of territorial stability and functional flexibility, moving toward the port and creating plazas and green space among the buildings. A new micro city to host tertiary services - offices, congress centers, welcome centers - for a new role for Marghera in relation to Mestre and Venice.
