Kusnadi Factory

An architectural industrial building in East Java, Indonesia, with one large building dedicated to production and another to offices. The project is in an industrial landscape at the base of an inactive volcano and constructed according to very strict environmental standards. The company produces high-quality jewellery and this theme can be seen in the large Inox stainless steel “stars” that decorate the curved surfaces of the production building as well as the office building which has been designed as a large carved diamond, a shape that also brings to mind an updated version of traditional Indonesian architecture.
