Laguna Beach and Garden

Architecture for vacation apartments build on the Adriatic seaside. To guarantee a sea view to all 32 apartments and due to the narrow plot perpendicular to the sea, the design result was a large building made up of three semi-elliptical structures fitted together. Wooden brise-soleil structures protect the terraces side view and create virtual volumes in addition to the real one. The architecture remind the rationalism of the summer colonies in the beginning of the 20th Century: simple white volumes interrupted by small windows, large glass doors on the terraces with steel parapets.
